The 2200 hp variant will be more powerful than the Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne and BMW X5, and will be on par with a Ford Explorer, Lincoln Navigator and F-150 Raptor. Conclusion

Tesla has a huge R&D budget and that alone can be a reason for taking more time before unveiling the Cybertruck in India. With the government trying to implement high emission cars by 2019, companies like Tesla will face difficulties. After India relaxed some emission norms last year, we expect some of the company’s electric car models to become accessible in the country. If Tesla launches the Cybertruck, we expect the price to be around Rs 700-1,000 lakh. While these prices sound high, the Cybertruck can be a game changer in India’s transport system.
