Tech Gaint APPLE, recently acquired the weather app, DARK Sky followed by AI company Voysis, and Now they are all set to finalize the $100 million deal with AR/VR streaming service provider NextVR.
As per reports from 9to5mac, the tech gaint is in the process of acquiring the company. As per leads, with this acquisition Apple is aiming at revolutionizing the way its users experience sports and entertainment.
In a further movement, both companies have started informing the employees who will have to relocate to San Diego. With this, Apple is expecting to make a big move in the AR and VR segment.Reminding that Apple has already told its employees that it was planning to launch the first AR headset by 2022.
Now, Talking about NextVR, NextVR has partnered with the sports brands such as NFL, which allows the users to watch its events using headsets from Microsoft and Playstation, The company managed to raise $115.5 million in funding since 2009, as per reports.
